Sustainability governance to create shared value
BOARD OF DIRECTORS SUSTAINABILITY COMMITTEE
We established the Board of Directors Sustainability Committee to guide the Group's sustainability strategies in the areas of environmental, social, and governance (ESG). The Committee meets at least twice a year to review progress towards our sustainability goals. It provides strategic direction to enhance the Group’s ability to create value in the economic, environmental, and social fields through our long-term sustainability efforts
SUSTAINABILITY STEERING COMMITTEE
The Sustainability Steering Committee was established aiming to monitor the environmental, social, and corporate governance performance of AG Anadolu Grubu Holding and Group companies, and to take necessary actions. The duties and responsibilities of the Sustainability Steering Committee include monitoring the progress of the roadmap created in line with the Group's sustainability strategy and targets; and supporting the development of employees’ competencies. It ensures that sustainability projects are aligned with Anadolu Group's business objectives and provides guidance accordingly. In addition, the Steering Committee forms thematic and temporary working groups to facilitate detailed work in specific areas, with the aim of enhancing the effective implementation of the sustainability strategy across Group companies.
WORKING GROUPS
We establish Working Groups to effectively implement the sustainability strategy across all areas, strengthen the dynamic of learning from one another within the Group, and ensure long-term benefits in our business processes.
