He stated, “Through our innovation program Bi-Fikir, which is one of the most significant symbols of Anadolu Group's innovative and entrepreneurial spirit, we continue to create value with ideas from both our group employees and university students. Since opening our program to university students six years ago, Bi-Fikir KAP has garnered great interest from young people. This year alone, we received 530 project proposals. We place great value on every idea and project that contributes to our collective mind. As Anadolu Group, we will continue to create for our future and encourage our youth in this regard.”

In six years, there have been 1,604 project applications

Over six years, Bi-Fikir KAP received a total of 1,604 project proposals from students in 353 departments across 194 universities in Turkey. Ten student groups that participated in the program secured internship and job opportunities, while nine projects were implemented. This year, the program received 530 proposals from university students. Ideas from university students were collected through the website www.kap.bi-fikir.com. After gathering feedback from Anadolu Group companies on the projects, 10 project proposals were selected to participate in the innovation camp from the 20 projects that advanced to the semifinals. During the innovation camp, team members of the relevant projects received training in customer analysis, idea implementation, marketing, and prototyping. Expert mentors from the relevant companies were assigned to the selected projects. Following this process, the 10 teams qualified to compete in the Bi-Fikir KAP final. After presentations during the final, the most successful three projects were determined based on evaluations by jury members from Anadolu Group companies.
