We provide a guiding approach for all group companies in our human resources practices and processes, referencing the “AG Equal Opportunity Policy.” There is no discrimination against employees during recruitment and throughout their careers based on age, gender, race, religion, language, ethnicity, sexual orientation, beliefs, marital, social or economic status, disability, political views, participation in or membership in trade union activities, pregnancy, or military service status. We emphasize equal participation of every employee in the workforce. In employee selection and promotion processes, decisions are made based on experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications required for the position, aligned with organizational needs. In line with our goal of achieving a 35% female manager ratio by 2030 and a 50% ratio by 2050, the number and percentage of our female employees and managers are increasing each year. We have been one of the companies in Türkiye with the highest number of female managers for years. As a key milestone in our digital transformation journey, we have established the “AG People First” digital human resources platform, which manages employee-centric processes, recruitment, performance, succession, and development activities. Since 2015, AG Academy has provided training and development opportunities for the group’s employees in Türkiye. The executive development program, which began in 2015 with Leaders Touch, has continued since 2019 with the Development Dialogues Program. We support our employees’ development journeys in collaboration with some of the world’s most renowned universities through online tools, classroom training, and webinars. We offer employees rich on-the-job learning opportunities and a diverse career path. To attract young talent, the Chief Young Officer (CYO) program provides students with internship opportunities in group companies to gain work experience, and we also offer opportunities for CYOs in recruitment for open positions after graduation.

We Support Innovation and Entrepreneurship
The innovation program Bi-Fikir, where employees both domestically and internationally share their ideas, has completed its 10th year. Bi-Fikir is a significant initiative that provides our employees, who value creativity and innovation, with the opportunity to realize their dreams and explore new business ideas. To date, about one in five ideas submitted to the program has been implemented. Since 2018, Bi-Fikir KAP has supported the ideas of university students pursuing their dreams. Successful projects are included in an innovation camp and mentorship process, leading to their implementation within our companies. Additionally, participants with successful projects through Bi-Fikir KAP can also seize career opportunities within Anadolu Group.
