In accordance with the regulations governing the electricity market, AES Elektrik Enerjisi Toptan Satış A.Ş. has the right to engage in wholesale sales of electricity and/or capacity, direct B2B sales to large-scale consumers, as well as import and export activities.
100% of the company's shares are owned by Anadolu Group. In 2009, the Energy Market Regulatory Authority of Turkey (EPDK) granted the company a 20-year supply license.
Since 2014, it has been trading electricity in accordance with market conditions, determining the sales strategies of our energy companies, and conducting the trade of the generated electricity.
